All items are priced in SGD and are strictly non negotiable.
Payments are advised to be transferred via DBS/POSB account only, as transfers from other banks will take 2-3 days.
We will not be held responsible in the event of any loss/damage sent via normal postage. It is encouraged for meet-up, else registered/normal mail. All postage charges to be borne by buyer/s and must be paid together with the purchase price of all items. Postage charges are advised below.
mdbeautymasks reserves the right to amend any terms and conditions without prior notices.

EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY

In the event that you received a defective/wrong item, please email us at mdbeautymasks@gmail.com stating your name, address, item name/product number, and the reason for return, and whether you want a refund or replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return.

By default, in order to minimize cost, masks will be sent in envelopes without bubble wraps. Customers may opt for masks to be sent in envelopes with bubble wraps.
